Examples to start with are: –

If your inner critic says, "You'll never succeed," counter it with, "I am capable of achieving my goals with hard work and dedication."

If your inner critic says, “You'll never make it," slap it with, "I've got what it takes to reach my goals with hard work and determination!" Show that inner critic who's boss!

 

By actively challenging and reframing negative thoughts, you'll weaken the grip of your inner critic and cultivate a positive mindset.

Silencing your inner critic is an ongoing journey that requires practice and self-awareness.
